On the campus of VA Tech, a guy shot an officer as he was conducting a traffic stop. Of another vehicle. He was later declared dead. The cause was not relveled. http://www.wral.com/news/story/10480457/
A 21 year old man walked into a grocery store in Wendell and shot his boyfriend and two random women. The boyfriend is in critical condition, the women will be fine. The gunman was found dead 15 hours later, 2 miles away. http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/10477415/
