My son is a Boy Scout. Yesterday we all went to the lake and they earned the Canoe Merit Badge. One of the lessons is to paddle a conoe 25 feet while it is full of water. This is the best picture ever.

The sixth grade band members before the concert tonight. These guys are the coolest! :) I particularly like the blonde trumpet player!
His first concert. He was nervous, but he did great! They all did :)
Here, they are concentrating on Linus and Lucy, the Peanuts Christmas song. It was by far their favorite.
Two very accomplished jazz bands followed. Very nice!!
At one point, there were 8 Boy Scouts from our Troop on stage. Music and Scouts. Hopefully a recipe for good men!
